The decision is expected to dramatically affect the economy as it encourages non-citizens to sell off their assets in Malaysia, remove their deposits and take off for greener pastures.如果二家園政策按照最新版本執(zhí)行的話，可能會(huì)引發(fā)持證人拋售其在馬來(lái)西亞的不動(dòng)產(chǎn)資源，因?yàn)槿绻硕疾荒茉隈R來(lái)西亞生活的話，還要馬來(lái)西亞的物業(yè)有什么用？

The most talked-about issue is the minimum monthly offshore income that has increased from RM10,000 to RM40,000 per month.大家討論最為熱烈的要求是收入四萬(wàn)一個(gè)月這條，因?yàn)榛旧蟻?lái)說(shuō)只有打工皇帝才行了不是嗎？

“Also, expats who own investment properties here to supplement their incomes will not be able to count that as income to meet the new financial requirements as the RM40,000 per month must be earned offshore.還有一條比較重要的是，這個(gè)4萬(wàn)馬幣每個(gè)月的收入還不能包括在馬來(lái)西亞持有物業(yè)的租金收入，只能從本國(guó)收入里面做計(jì)算。

“Unless the government changes their decision we will be forced to relocate to another country. The RM40,000 per month income is more than double what we would need to return and live a comfortable life in Australia.”澳洲二家園持有人說(shuō)如果月收入這么要求的話，他都不需要到馬來(lái)西亞生活了，因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)月四萬(wàn)馬幣如果在澳洲的話也同樣可以生活的很好了，為何還要到大馬呢？
